If your booking was made to start within 24 hours of placing the booking, you can contact our support team here to request a cancellation.

To cancel the automatic renewal of your rolling monthly pass, you will need to submit notice to cancel via email to [email protected] upto 7 days before your monthly pass is due for renewal.

On the rare occasion that you arrive and your booked parking space isn’t as advertised or there is an issue including availability that results in you being unable to use the parking space, ParkIt will provide a full refund. Your vehicle registration number is provided to the Space Owner and ParkIt representative for verification once your booking is processed and confirmed to ensure you are easily identified when parking.

Not at all. The price shown on our website is the price you will be required to pay to book the parking space. There are no hidden costs or additional fees to pay on the day unless you use the parking space outside of your booked days/times.

The short answer is yes- like any rental, e.g your flat, just because you’re not there doesn’t mean you don’t pay for it.

Unfortunately we don’t offer payment breaks. If you’re taking an extended holiday we can end your rental, however there is no guarantee that the space will still be available for you to book when you come back.

You can come and go as you please within the time frame of your booking. When you exit from the parking lot, kindly ensure our representative taps on the “exit with re-entry” button on his tablet.

You are able to amend your start and end dates/times via your ParkIt account.

Simply click “Manage Booking” and under the Start date & time section, select the text “Change date & time”. Amend your date and time accordingly.

To extend your booking using the web, log in to your account and locate the booking you want to amend under the ‘Active Bookings’ tab. Click ‘Manage Booking’ and you’ll find options to Change date & time under the booked times that have already been confirmed.

Space Owners manage their parking space listings and provide availability information to ParkIt. Once you book a parking space through our platform it is instantly reserved for the duration of your booking.

A QR code is similar to a barcode – it is unique to you and allows you to enter and exit a car park easily by scanning the QR code at the entrance and exit. The QR code will be available to you in your account on the application.

Parking in a private driveway, garage or car park is usually much safer than parking your car on the street. We’ve found that instances of damage to a parked vehicle are very rare.

Any damage done to your car whilst parked should be covered by most personal vehicle insurance policies as standard – just like parking on a road or in a commercial car park.

Our website features the best price on all spaces listed, with many of them benefitting from discounts exclusive to ParkIt. By pre-booking on the ParkIt platform, your parking is reserved instantly providing peace of mind and a seamless journey to wherever you’re headed. In case of an unlikely event, our dedicated customer support team are available to move you into an alternative parking space at no additional cost.

Unfortunately you are only permitted to park in the space that you have booked. As it is reserved for you according to your chosen/desired time and date.

As the majority of our spaces belong to individual Space Owners, we recognise that circumstances can change without much notice. For this reason, to avoid any disappointment we only accept bookings up to three months in advance.

The majority of our spaces feature allocated parking spots which will be assigned to you in your post-booking confirmation email/message.

Some of our car park providers have a “turn up and park in any available spot” policy, if this is the case it will be clearly stated in the post-booking confirmation email/message.

If you arrive at your space and find a vehicle parked in your reserved space, please speak to our ParkIt representative at the parking lot who checks you in and out. In the majority of cases, he will have the vehicle moved or accommodate you to an alternative space within our inventory

In case the representative is unreachable or unable to action an immediate remedy for you, please contact our customer support team here or via Live Chat between the hours of 9am-5pm Monday – Friday and we will transfer your booking to an alternative space within our inventory.

“Hourly” parking lots are the ones which are available for a limited no of hours (3-6 hrs). A parking lot marked as “Work day” would be available for customers from 10 am to 6pm and a “Full day” parking lot is available 24 hours.

All booked parking spaces have been marked as available by the Space Owner who manages the listing. When you place your booking through the ParkIt platform, one parking space at the listed location is reserved for you for the duration of your booking. In the unlikely event that there are any issues with the parking space that you have booked, please contact our customer support team here so we can book you into a nearby alternative space at no additional cost.

All our spaces are leased out by private Space Owners and contractors and made available for online booking through our platform “ParkIt”. The prices displayed are inclusive of ParkIt’s service charge and GST.

When you arrive at your parking lot, a ParkIt representative will check you in through his tablet by scanning your QR code for validation of your entry time. He will guide you to your parking spot. He will also be responsible for checkout, i.e, exit or exit with re-entry.

Our platform provides a simple and seamless parking experience which allows you to park at your booked location and then leave without any hassle.

It is best to over-estimate the length of time you will require a space for so that you don’t overstay as this can incur penalty fees. Overstaying your booking can also affect other users experience; Space Owners may require their space for personal use or other bookings. We ask that all drivers respect the booking times they commit to. You will get a notification on the app 15 mins before your end time incase you plan to extend your booking time.

If you overstay a booking, you will be liable to pay the full price for any additional time stayed. The driver will be liable to pay:

  1. The additional rate for any additional time stayed charged at the hourly rate.
  2. Incase you don’t extend your booking time or remove your vehicle on time, we will have the right to put a boot lock on the tyre till you pay the penalty amount.
  3. In worst case scenarios, we may have to tow your vehicle, incase we have valet service and the keys to your vehicle we may move it elsewhere to give provision to the space owner or other customers.

Although you will receive an email upon completion of your booking requesting a review of the parking space, you can also leave one at any time by logging into your account.

Under “Past Reservations” you will be able to select “Leave A Review” under that specific booking.

Receipts are sent automatically to your email every time we take a payment.

You can download receipts for all bookings at any time through your account- just go to Manage Booking.

If you can’t remember your email address, we will be able to locate your account for you. Send a message here with your contact number, full name and if possible your vehicle registration.

We use HTTPS across our whole website to keep you as safe as possible. This means that all content is encrypted between your browser and our servers.

Additional measures to keep your account secure start with a strong password. Use a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, as well as numbers and punctuation. Never give out your password to anyone else.

Other security measures include ensuring your computer and browser security features are up to date, and never save your details when using a public computer.
